Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of purchase. I do not accept returns or cancellations after the 24‑hour window.

If your wreath arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me within 48 hours with photos so I can make it right.

Shipping delays or issues caused by the carrier are outside of my control, but I’m always here to help guide you through a claim if needed.
